Interesting enough, I had originally created Tilly as a one-strip character whom we'd never hear from again...though lately she's been popping up in my head quite often. If all goes to plan, we might actually be seeing more of her than I thought. I think she and Alice look cute in the first panel, so I've changed the background and turned it into a wallpaper in case any of you are lame enough to actually use it! Anyways you can check it out at Such Rubbish's livejournal (http://suchrubbish.livejournal.com/)
Had to do a bit of quick editing today for PiHouse, it was all good and fun until I realized it was the introduction for a scale model at City Hall and not just a quicky for-kicks makeover like I thought. I was a bit pissed at first once Roy finally explained the whole thing to me because I would have put much more effort into it had I known what it was for, but oh well. I suppose if it was decent enough for City Hall it couldn't have been total crap. I miss writing anyways.
I figured I might as well whore out a few of my favorite webcomics while I'm rambling...I know I said I hated furries but this doesn't count...there's this absolutely brilliant comic called Lackadaisy by a gal on DeviantArt named Tracy, which stars anthropomorphic cats as the main characters! It's drawn on sepia toned paper and it takes place in Missouri during the 1920's. The art is breathtakingly gorgeous (enough to seriously make me consider quitting my own webcomic in shame!) and I highly recommend it. Seriously, even if you don't even like cats OR the '20s. Very Don Bluth-ish feel to it as well. Be sure to take a look if you've got a spare moment, I promise you won't be disappointed!
