Well, just a few more weeks until Palousafest is upon us, fellow students...and we all know what that means! No, not free handouts from local businesses...being guilted and bribed into joining the Army!!! Seriously, the key is to completely avoid eye contact with certain booths, otherwise they try to thrust pamphlets into your hands. It's quite an adventure.
We got the cats all sorted out, they're both up to date with their shots and are now good to go for a full year. Amazingly enough, Evie managed a clever maneuver that ended with half a syringe of wormer being shot into my ear instead of into her mouth. Such a clever girl. Ringo has doubled in size in the past four weeks...I'll admit I felt ridiculously proud when the vet commented on what a beautiful shiny coat he has (I failed to mention I had given him a bath that very morning, but lately I have noticed he's lost most of his baby fluff and is beginning to look rather dapper).
Not much else has gone on this week, unless you count the endless hours I've wasted dreaming about how wonderful it would be if Konami decided to answer my prayers and make the next Silent Hill Wii compatible...and while I'm dreaming, I could certainly use a new hairbrush. One of the cats ate the little ball thingies off of mine and now it pokes my head. Ouch.
