As promised, the final print for Alice. The background is still subject to change (is it painfully obvious that I've never seen the ocean? Sorry if it looks atrocious!) since I'm not too happy with it, but it may grow on me. And I might as well mention now, I'm getting really sick of the colour loss I get when I save jpg files! I've searched all over the internet trying to fix this issue, but no luck. Ack. So none of the comics are as bright as originally intended. And yes, I've tried saving with both sRGB and adobe RGB. Also tried upping the saturation before saving, but it still never ends up the truly intended colour in the end.
The thing that really makes it suck is that I have to use 'save for web' in order not to rape myself of bandwidth, if I save as a full-res PNG I usually don't have the problem...any chance someone else has dealt with (and resolved) this issue? I would love you forever if you did...(FYI I use Photoshop CS3 for Mac)
And yes, the comic will be back next week!
