Happy Halloween, everybody! It's good to be back. And to be married :D That's pretty awesome as well. Now my coding ninja has to work for free, mweheheheheh... I finally got my name changed today on my driver's license (ooh so perty!) but for artsy stuff (including Such Rubbish) I'm keeping my old name. By the way, did anyone catch that Robot Chicken sketch "1776" on Adult Swim? Seriously, I love those guys so freaking hard.
Anyways, anyone who knows me in real life knows I love the show TAPS (aka Ghost Hunters)...but sometimes the people they get to do the EVPs annoy the crap out of me. I noticed this recently when I got a disk from season one on Netflix and realized that the guys who ask the questions are not only kinda disrespectful, but if there even were really some sort of spirit trying to answer, they don't really give them any time to say anything! I know, I know, it's just a show...but little things like that bother me. If I were a ghost, I seriously would just roll my eyes and go, "Whatever...I'm so not talking to you". And hence, a comic is born.
In other news, Evie seems to have become obsessed with trying to cram her chubby little butt into things that simple aren't big enough to accommodate it: fruit bowls, upside down hats (box caps preferably), pant legs in the laundry basket...it's cute as heck but it's a bit disturbing when a loved one has the flu and you grab a nearby bowl (for the use of catching vomit) and you have to dump a cat out of it first.
