Sorry about the previous post, I was looking at my 2007 calendar when I said Wed the 5th...I meant Wed the 9th...go me. Time to get a new calendar!
Christmas was absolutely wicked, Roy got me the 4G of RAM for my iMac that I'd been salivating over, so now my machine is ridiculously fast (no more waiting half an hour to use the lens blur filter on a high res photo! YESSSS!).
Unfortunately, Christmas day Roy and I both ended up getting sick, me with a bad cold and him with something a bit more serious. Poor guy, as well as my poor sis for having to take care of us AND attempt so save Hyrule at the same time! Well, I'm sure you're all thinking, Well Miya, at least it gave you the excuse to sit at your computer for several days drawing webcomics, eh? Heh, well... I suppose I could have done, yeah. But instead I just used it as an excuse to catch up on His Dark Materials and play FFXI for hours on end. So there goes it. I did manage to get a few panels inked and halfway coloured before realizing I had completely forgotten the scripting. I know, who draws a comic without having the dialogue, huh? Well, that's what I get for forgetting to write things down.
And so, for your ogling pleasure, here is a rough sketch of my Mithra thief, Phaedra, in all her smexay glory. Only lvl 22, because I hate waiting around for a PT, but soon I shall be a beastmaster, dammit! And then I can solo to my heart's content! MWAHAHAHA-COUGH-HACK-WHEEZE-COUGH *takes a swig of Tussin* Right. I'll see you all next week!
