Newspost

OMG! Is it true? Can it really be? YES! It's an UPDATE!

Sorry for taking a month to get around to a new strip...I'm guessing those of you in college (or at least with fond memories of it) know what I mean when I say things have just been a bit too hectic as of late between that and work. But in awesome news, I've taught myself to crochet! Partly because it's fun, but mostly because it's the only thing I can do and listen to lectures at the same time without dozing off or daydreaming. You can read all about my n00b domestic excursions on my blog. :)

Speaking of school, boy oh boy does mine keep ticking me off. Always complaining about having no money, yet in nice sixty degree weather, they've got the heat cranked up to over 70 in all the buildings! You sweat blood, I kid you not! You feel like you have to immediately strip down to your underpants the minute you set foot in the door. Not to mention, on warm days, they crank up the AC like mad, and everyone is shivering. Talk about a waste! What the heck is up with people thinking that cranking the heat to 80 on a cold day will heat up the building faster? Newsflash: It won't! It'll heat it up just as quickly as if you'd set it to 68. We'll just be much hotter and hate you for it. Bleh! If I were a mathematical genius (which I'm not...I barely know my times tables!) I would look into that and see just how much money they throw away each semester on overheating and overcooling alone.

Anyways, enough ranting! For those of you who might have forgotten (which I'm guessing is everyone, ha) Roy and I celebrated our one-year anniversary yesterday! Hooray!!! Wow, it seems like just last week I was announcing in the newspost that we were running off to get married...well, it certainly has been a good year, with hopefully many more to come! It seems too many of my friends see the one-year mark as baby making time (heck, half of them think their wedding night is meant as baby makin' time!), but with at least two more years of school ahead of me and a new minor, I'm thinking no on the babies. I'm only just 23, I think I've got at least a decade before my egg supply goes stale! *ew, mental image!*

Anyways, thanks for being patient with me guys. As always, XOXOXO.
